Who is Jules Danylak?
Email marketing educator for established coaches and course creators. Cat-daddy. B1-ish at Portuguese. Responsible for $15M+ in client email revenue and at least one reader replying "are you hiding in my inbox?"
The short version
I spent 6 years as the guy 7-figure coaching businesses hired when their email list was earning less than their coffee budget. Daily emails in the founder's voice, deliverability rescue, launch sequences, re-engagement campaigns. The results paid for the retainers many times over: a client's $225,000 promotion off 8 emails, a $150,000 email-only launch from a list under 2,000 people, a dead list revived to $140K in 60 days.
The retainer for that work ran $5,000 to $7,000 a month. That maths made sense when every email had to be written, tested and managed by hand. Then AI got good enough to carry the repetitive 80% of the job, and I watched clients' teams do with prompts what used to take me a week.
So I changed sides. Instead of doing the work for a handful of businesses, I teach the systems to anyone with a list and an offer. The free weekly newsletter breaks down one revenue system per issue; the guides go deeper on strategy, deliverability and monetization; and the YouTube channel shows the builds on screen.
What I believe about email
- Relationship first, monetization second. A list that likes you buys more, for longer, with fewer discounts.
- Personality beats polish. Your readers are buying you, not your information.
- Small lists are underrated. Connection converts harder than volume.
- AI is an extension of your voice, never a replacement for it. Feed it your stories or don't bother.
